We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.

We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.

We use regular Malware and antivirus Scanning.

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

 

The Northern Illinois Historic League offers a website platform to enable visitors to quickly lookup online references for groups we partner with. This partnership is free will and is only consummated with agreement from the partner to have their information shared on this platform.

 

The Northern Illinois Historic League encourages active participation from our partners to provide the best and most reliable information about themselves for the benefit of others who may wish to use their services. To this end, the Northern Illinois Historic League may conduct periodic mail merge campaigns showing the user or group the information that has been collected about them. We ask for confirmation on these letters from the partner that what has been collected is current and accurate. The Northern Illinois Historic League does not compel a response from the partner as a condition to continue to receive publication services. The partner needs to accept that if they choose not to respond, the previous information provided by the partner will be considered valid and correct.

 

The partner may request a current information profile letter from the Northern Illinois Historic League office at any time, and response will be provided to the Email address generating the request (or alternate address if one is provided). The partner may expect to receive this response within 14 days and may well receive the reply within 24-48 hours of receipt at the League office.

 

If at any time, the partner wishes for the Northern Illinois Historic League to not publish this information about them, they can unsubscribe from League communications by following the Unsubscribe instructions at the end of this Privacy Policy.
